We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our student base by promoting our training programs through direct student outreach, community engagement, and partnerships with educational institutions.
Promote and pitch training programs to students and parents through field visits, local outreach, and in-person interactions, as well as telephonic and online communication.
Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, training & placement cells, and education consultants.
Conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and educational workshops in institutions and local communities.
Engage with potential learners in their localities to create awareness and boost enrollments.
Follow up on leads, maintain CRM records, and achieve set targets for student acquisition and collaborations.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on student needs, location-based trends, and competition.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally and engage in field marketing.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
Prior experience in EdTech, academic sales, or student outreach is preferred.
