Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Interior Sales Executive to generate sales for interior design and fit-out services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their interior requirements, preparing proposals, and converting leads into successful projects. The role requires strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.

• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.

• Conduct client presentations and explain design concepts, materials, and pricing.

• Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals.

• Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competition.

• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in interior sales, real estate sales, or home décor sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.

• Understanding of space planning, furniture, and interior materials.

• Ability to prepare quotations and cost estimates.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
