Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving market expansion. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic planning, and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hospitals, institutions, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Present and demonstrate company products, solutions, and value proposition to clients.
Handle negotiations and close business deals.
Support client onboarding and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities and client interactions.
Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and product promotions.
