Field Sales Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at at Phonepe. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit merchants daily and build strong business relationships.

* Identify eligible merchants for PhonePe Lending products.

* Understand merchant business requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

* Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility, and repayment options.

* Assist merchants with loan applications and documentation.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

* Conduct regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.

* Achieve monthly lending targets and maintain high-quality customer service.

* Maintain accurate records of merchant visits and sales activities.

Eligibility

* 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
