## 📌 Job Overview
We are hiring motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join the core merchant growth team for PhonePe. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our digital payment network by onboarding local businesses, retail stores, and kirana shops. This is a Fixed Salary, No Target Job designed for candidates who prefer a stable income with high earning potential through performance-based rewards.
• Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Business Development Executive
• Company/Payroll: Direct Company Payroll / Authorized HR Partner
• Salary Structure: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed base salary)
• Additional Benefits: Weekly & Monthly Performance Bonuses + Travelling Allowance (TA) + Provident Fund (PF) & ESI
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Field Job
• Experience Required: Freshers to 6 months of sales experience preferred [1, 2, 3]

## 🌟 Key Responsibilities
• Field Onboarding: Visit local retail markets and storefronts to pitch and onboard new merchants onto the PhonePe platform.
• Product Installation: Set up and deploy PhonePe QR Codes at prominent, visible areas within merchant outlets.
• Smart Device Setup: Deliver, activate, and demonstrate PhonePe Soundboxes or smart payment devices to store owners.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to train shopkeepers on using the application, check transaction histories, and resolve immediate app queries.

## 🗒 Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
• Mandatory Assets: Must own a functional Android Smartphone and a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, convincing ability, and comfort with local market travel.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
