💼 Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales

💰 In-Hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month

📌 Job Responsibilities
Visit shops and merchants daily for new customer acquisition and follow-ups.
Onboard new merchants and maintain customer data.
Sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners.
Explain product features, benefits, and services to merchants.
Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular field activity and performance reports.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with daily shop-to-shop visits.
Target-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
💰 Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 Monthly In-Hand Salary
