Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Rural BDA (Business Development Associate) to support digital financial services and business growth in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit villages and meet local customers and merchants.

Onboard new merchants and customers for digital payment and financial services.

Promote PhonePe’s digital financial services in rural areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants and customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Conduct field visits and identify new business opportunities.

Support banking, NBFC, MFI and digital payment-related activities.

Provide basic guidance and support to merchants regarding digital services.

Maintain regular field reports and follow company processes.
