📌 Job Responsibilities
Visit shops and merchants daily to generate new business opportunities.
Onboard eligible customers for PhonePe lending products and services.
Explain loan products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Assist customers with applications and required documentation.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer data and submit regular work updates.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 months of field sales experience is required.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
Strong convincing skills and a target-oriented mindset.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, as per job requirements.
