Job Description

🚨 URGENT HIRING: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (PhonePe Process) 🚨

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our merchant acquisition team immediately! 100% verified leads will be provided by the company.

🔹 Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

🔹 Process: PhonePe Merchant Onboarding

🔹 Job Type: Full-Time / Field Job

🔹 Duty Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Day Shift)

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹24,000 (Based on experience)

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month

• Petrol Allowance: ₹4,200 Monthly (or ₹175 Daily Basis)

• Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESI medical benefits

• Additional Perks: Health Insurance coverage + Mobile Allowance

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on Company Leads: Visit 15 to 20 verified leads provided by the company daily.

• Onboard new merchants, set up accounts, and install PhonePe QR codes/Smartspeakers.

• Maintain regular relationships with merchants and resolve payment-related queries.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate (Freshers welcome)

Experience: Sales experience in QR onboarding (Paytm, Google Pay, BharatPe), Telecom, or FMCG is a big plus (Freshers Are Also Can Apply•).

• Mandatory: Must own an Android Smartphone and a Bike/Scooter with a valid Driving License.
