Job Responsibilities
Conduct QR code stickering and merchant onboarding in assigned areas.
Promote and sell PhonePe Soundbox and other merchant solutions.
Provide customer service support to onboarded merchants.
Assist merchants with loan process applications and related documentation.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure continued usage of PhonePe services.
Report field activity updates to the team lead/manager on a regular basis.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Field Sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or FMCG.
Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Sales & Marketing.
Language: Proficiency in Tamil (Local Language) & Basic English.
Mode of Work: Field-based (Travel within assigned region).
Smartphone with internet access is mandatory.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
