Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in assigned territory
Visit retail outlets daily as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)
Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness at point-of-sale
Execute schemes and promotions as per company guidelines
Collect market intelligence and competitor activity reports
Ensure timely collection of payments and reconciliation
Coordinate with the distribution team for timely order fulfillment
Maintain proper documentation and submit reports as required
