•Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for game changing Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business leads, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative sales strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma /ITI
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the printing and packaging industry
- Understanding of B2B sales is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
