Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive to drive the sales and adoption of our leading taxation software suite (Computax, CompuGST, CompuTDS, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Delhi/NCR market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate technical software products to financial professionals like Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants.

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead Generation: Identify and visit potential clients (CA Firms, Tax Advocates, Corporate Finance Depts) in the assigned Delhi/NCR territory.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct live demos of software features (e.g., ITR filing, GST reconciliation, Balance sheet automation) to prospective clients to showcase value.

  • Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, close subscription sales, and ensure software installation/onboarding is initiated.

  • Renewal Management: Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding software updates and new feature rollouts.

  • Resolve initial queries regarding software usage and escalate technical issues to the support team.

  • Build long-term relationships with CA networks and associations in Delhi.

Market Intelligence

  • Keep track of competitor activities and pricing strategies in the taxation software market.

  • Stay updated on basic government tax changes (Income Tax due dates, GST updates) to have relevant conversations with clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree in ,B.A. ,B.Com, BBA, or MBA in Marketing.

  • Bonus: Candidates who have worked as Article Assistants or in CA firms.
