Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the iron and steel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the iron and steel sector.

• Visit construction sites, fabricators, builders, and industries to promote company products.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs.

• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and product demos.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Collect and report market feedback and competitor activities.

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting to the manager.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of the iron & steel industry preferred

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate (Diploma holders may also apply)

• Bike & License: Mandatory

• Language: Tamil (must), English/Hindi (added advantage)

• Experience: 0–1 years in sales or field marketing
