We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our solar energy division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will play a critical role in driving awareness, educating clients, and achieving sales targets through direct field engagement.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local campaigns.
Meet prospective clients to explain solar solutions, benefits, and cost savings.
Conduct site surveys with technical teams and prepare proposals accordingly.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Maintain customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, installation, and service) for execution.
Provide accurate reports on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Science/Engineering/Marketing background ideal)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (Solar industry experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and travel extensively
Good understanding of solar energy products (panels, inverters, batteries)
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
