Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels,
including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
● Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and
stakeholders within target organizations.
● Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales
strategies and tactics.
● Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive threats.
● Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to
potential clients.
● Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
● Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
campaigns that support business development efforts.
● Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and
business processes.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
● Experience: Freshers/ Experience
● Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and
influence decision-makers.
● Knowledge: Understanding of business development principles, sales processes, and market
dynamics.
● Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a
team.
