Identify, target, and onboard new HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and cloud kitchens
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects into active customers
Promote company products/services and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) for smooth order fulfillment
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on outstanding dues
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–4 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in HORECA / FMCG / Food & Beverage
Strong understanding of the Mumbai HORECA market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai
Valid two-wheeler with driving license preferred
