Business Development Executive

Job Title: Sales – Program Coordinator

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)

Weekly Off: 1 day off (between Monday to Friday)

Salary::Up to ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and clients, ensuring smooth communication.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track and manage leads effectively.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and relevant documentation.

• Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

• Work closely with the sales team to optimize processes and drive conversions.

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to enhance business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.

Experience: Up to 2 years in a relevant role (employment gaps must be justified).

• Industry Preference: BPO/KPO (Voice Process) experience preferred.

• Age Limit: Up to 26 years.

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking ability, and customer relationship management.
