Job Description

Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, referrals, social media, and networking.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into active prospects.
Conduct meetings and property presentations to potential clients.
Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients and provide detailed project information.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial projects.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
Achieve individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with current real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
