- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the HVAC segment
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, emails, and site visits
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, projects) for client requirements
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, proposals, and order confirmations
- Maintain customer database and update CRM records
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Participate in client meetings and site surveys when required
