Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to handle procurement of e-waste from corporates, warehouses, institutions, and bulk generators. The role involves building strong client relationships, sourcing scrap materials, and driving procurement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sources for e-waste procurement (IT companies, corporates, recyclers, warehouses, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and procurement terms
Achieve monthly/quarterly procurement targets
Coordinate with operations team for smooth pickup and logistics
Monitor market trends, scrap rates, and competitor activities
Ensure compliance with environmental and company policies
Maintain proper documentation for procurement transactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; MBA preferred)
2–5 years of experience in procurement, scrap trading, or business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of scrap market and pricing trends
Ability to work independently and in field
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
