Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team Phonepe . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding: Visit local shops, retail outlets, and businesses to onboard new merchants to the PhonePe payment platform.

Sound Box Sales: Sell, demonstrate, and install PhonePe Sound Boxes and payment QR codes to merchants.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads in assigned market areas through door-to-door marketing

Daily Task: Meet daily/monthly task for new merchant acquisition and sound box installations.

Job Requirements:

Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
