Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Namastey Homes Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving company growth. The role involves market research, client interaction, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
Follow up with potential and existing clients
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead generation and conversion rate
Revenue and sales target achievement
Client acquisition and retention
Follow-up efficiency
CRM data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head
