Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Develop and manage sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand coverage.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
4. Conduct regular visits to monitor competitor activities, product performance, and shelf visibility.
5. Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, initiatives.
6. Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
7. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely product availability.
8. Work closely with the marketing team to implement brand strategies in the field.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and sales processes.
