Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, data mining and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations).
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales (preferred in relevant industry)
Strong presentation and pitching skills
