Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Generate student leads through online/offline channels (calls, walk-ins, campaigns).
Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and placements.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.
Institutional & Corporate Partnerships
Build tie-ups with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
Coordinate MOUs for training programs, certifications, and placements.
Develop relationships with placement partners and recruiters.
Explore internship and live project opportunities for students.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Promote courses, certifications, workshops, and bootcamps.
Upsell or cross-sell advanced courses to existing students.
Prepare and share pricing, proposals, and quotations.
Marketing & Promotion Support
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, and webinars.
Conduct school/college visits and career guidance sessions.
Support digital marketing efforts (leads from Google Ads, social media, portals).
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and trends.
Identify new markets, courses, and business opportunities.
Suggest improvements in courses based on market demand.
Track admission trends and student feedback.
Support retention and referrals.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly BD reports.
Track conversion ratios and performance metrics.
Maintain records of partnerships, leads, and admissions.
Coordinate with admin, academics, and placement teams.
Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow institute policies, fee structures, and documentation processes.
Ensure accurate communication of course details and commitments.
Support audits and management reviews when required.
