🔹 Job Summary:
Mohan Chemicals is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to promote and expand sales of our construction chemical products such as Epoxy, Waterproofing solutions, and Tile Adhesives etc. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building materials market
Promote products like Epoxy coatings, Waterproofing chemicals, and Tile Adhesives
Visit contractors, builders, architects, and dealers to generate sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors
Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare reports of sales activities and client feedback

Architects & Interior Designers
🔹 Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of construction chemicals / building materials (preferred)
Good negotiation and client-handling ability
Willingness for field work and travel
Target-oriented mindset
🔹 Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage
🔹 Experience:
1–3 years in construction chemicals / building materials / sales
Freshers with strong interest in sales can also apply
