We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in sales and business development, learn consultative selling, and grow with Millenia’s presence in industries like jewellery, medical implants, cutting tools, automotive, and aerospace. You will receive training and guidance while contributing to client acquisition, relationship-building, and business growth.
Research and identify potential clients through calls, online research, exhibitions, and networking.
Assist in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with prospects.
Work towards achieving assigned targets under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
Maintain client interaction details, reports, and pipeline updates in CRM/MIS tools.
Coordinate with technical/service teams for demos, trials, and client queries.
