Sales And Lead Generation
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital enquiries
• Convert leads into site visits and close residential/commercial property deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of prospective buyers/investors
Client & Field Engagement
• Conduct on-site property visits and walkthroughs with prospective clients
• Travel to client locations, project sites, and channel partner offices as required (own bike mandatory)
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors
• Represent the company at property expos, events, and promotional activities
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline reports for management
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing in the Noida/NCR region
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales / business development (mandatory)
