Executive – Marketing & Business Development

Experience: 6 Months–5 Year
Reporting To: Manager – Marketing & Business Development
Job Responsibilities
Identify and approach new customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and nursing homes.
Generate business leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Promote the company’s biomedical waste management services.
Conduct customer visits and follow up on business enquiries.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for service agreements.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business targets.
Maintain customer records and submit daily activity reports.
Coordinate with the Operations team for customer onboarding and service commencement.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Knowledge of Kannada and the local market is preferred.
