Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)
Position: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Haldwani
Experience: 2–5 Years in Sales/Business Development
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for Water Softener products and solutions.
Identify and approach potential customers through •cold calling, field visits, references, and lead generation.
• Understand customer requirements related to hard water and recommend suitable water softener solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update lead/customer information.
• Coordinate with the internal team for installation, delivery, and after-sales support.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development•.
Experience in Water Treatment, Water Softener, RO, or related products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer handling and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
