Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female Only – Pune, Hybrid Role)

Location: Pune (Field Visits within 15–20 km) + Work From Home

Work Type: Hybrid (3–4 days field visits + remote work)

Salary: Fixed + 10% commission on each conversion

Job Description:

We’re looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to meet prospective clients in Pune, explain our services, and help convert leads into paying customers. You’ll be provided with leads and full training on how to present our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential clients within Pune (3–4 days a week).

Present and explain our digital marketing services.

Build strong client relationships and close deals.

Follow up on leads provided by the company.

Work on LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms on non-meeting days (Work from Home).

Report updates and maintain basic documentation.

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Must own a laptop and bike/scooty

Strong communication & convincing skills

Presentable and confident in client-facing roles

Willing to travel within city limits (15–20 km radius)

Basic understanding of marketing or willingness to learn (training provided)
