Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads for logistics and transportation services

  • Acquire corporate clients, SMEs, and e-commerce customers

  • Understand customer logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with customers

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and pipeline updates

  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Track market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

  • Proven experience in logistics / courier / transport sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of FTL / LTL / courier operations

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Preferred Experience

  • Sales experience in courier, transportation, fleet, or supply chain companies

  • Existing client network is an added advantage
