URGENT HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Locations: Ahmedabad; Nagpur; Bengaluru | Experience: 2–5 Years | Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month, based on experience and suitability; Performance Incentives; TA as applicable.
Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for elder care & home healthcare services; develop business through hospitals, doctors, clinics, corporates, societies and referral partners; manage end-to-end sales and achieve targets; conduct client meetings and presentations; plan local marketing activities, health camps and promotional events; maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction; coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery; maintain sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements: Strong sales, negotiation and networking skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; healthcare/homecare experience preferred; target-oriented and proactive; good relationship-building and client-handling skills.
