Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to promote the company’s products and services through field activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential customers and businesses in assigned areas
Promote and explain company products/services to clients
Generate new leads through field visits, references, and market activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect customer feedback and market insights
Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Willingness to work in field sales
Honest, hardworking, and target-oriented personality
Ability to travel locally for client meetings
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in Field Sales / Marketing
Knowledge of local market and routes
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Salary & Benefits
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
