Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)-Field work
Location: Pune (Erandwane)

Role:
Acquire customers & drive sales for loan products (Home, LAP, Personal, Business, Vehicle, Education Loans).

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation via field work, calls & referrals
• Pitch loan products & close sales
• Handle KYC & documentation
• Build client relationships
• Manage DSAs & bank partners
• Achieve sales targets & report daily activity

Requirements:
• Graduate with 3–5 yrs in loan/financial sales
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, willing to travel
