🌟 Experience Required:

• 1 to 2+ years in Business Development

• Immediate Joiners preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & develop new business opportunities (Hub & Spoke model)

• Cold call & visit transporters & truck owners

• Extensive field travel (70%) for market coverage

• Build & maintain strong transporter/trucker relationships

• Map key local contacts and generate leads

• Support onboarding & document collection

• Assist partners in using our Mobile App

• Ensure timely payment collection

• Share market insights to support business strategy

✅ Requirements:

• Must have a bike

• Strong communication in Hindi & English

• Negotiation & lead generation skills

• High energy, sincere & target-oriented

• Tech-savvy (MS Office + mobile apps)
