DIGITAL MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

(Ambulance Services)

Join one of Kolkata's growing ambulance service providers and play a key role in expanding our ambulance business. We are looking for a smart, energetic, responsible, and result-oriented professional who can handle both **digital marketing and business development**.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Business Development

• Develop and implement strategies to increase ambulance bookings and revenue.

• Generate new business opportunities through hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, corporate organisations, residential societies, and other potential clients.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, companies, and other organisations.

• Identify potential clients and actively approach them for ambulance service tie-ups.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, hospitals, and corporate clients and convert them into business opportunities.

• Explore opportunities for hospital/vendor empanelment and long-term service contracts.

• Register and maintain the company on hospital vendor portals, government procurement portals, tender websites, and other relevant platforms.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.

• Prepare regular business development reports and update management regarding leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

💻 Digital Marketing & Technology

• Design, improve, update, and maintain the company website.

• Manage Facebook, Google Business Profile, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Improve SEO and online visibility to generate more ambulance enquiries and bookings.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for ambulance services.

• Manage and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.

• Create or coordinate promotional content, posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

• Monitor website traffic, online enquiries, advertising performance, and lead generation.

• Maintain and improve the company's online presence and brand image.

📊 Reporting & Operations Support

• Maintain business development and marketing data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Track leads, enquiries, bookings, client follow-ups, hospital contacts, and business conversions.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing and business development reports.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that leads and customer enquiries are properly followed up.

• Support management in developing new strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA in Marketing, Operations, HR, or Business Administration will be preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, sales, operations, fleet management, healthcare operations, or business administration.

• Experience in website management, preferably WordPress or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and online lead generation.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.

• Candidates with experience in healthcare, ambulance services, hospitals, or transportation business will be preferred.

• Should be proactive, responsible, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

💰 Salary

₹16,000-18000 per month

*(Depending on experience, skills, and suitability)*

🕙 Duty Time

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
