We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-presented Marketing Executive for our advertising and branding division. The role involves generating leads, meeting decision-makers in person, and promoting our full suite of advertising and marketing solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, high confidence, and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate, nurture, and qualify leads for advertising and marketing services
Schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Heads, Business Owners, etc.)
Present company services clearly and persuasively
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into revenue
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Travel to client locations as required (local travel primarily)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication skills, especially in English (spoken and written)
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
High confidence, professional grooming, and strong client-facing presence
Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively
Willingness to travel for meetings and business development
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Prior experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies is an added advantage
