Job Title: Sr. Executive/AM –
Business Development Location: Sector 142, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time
Budget: 35-40k per month

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive sales of DroptheQ’s QR-based digital solutions. The primary focus will be on the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants), with opportunities to expand into allied sectors such as hospitals, cafeterias, and institutional facilities where QR-based ordering and service management can create impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent networking and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle while ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities.
• Identify, connect with, and build relationships with businesses in the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants, as well as allied industries such as hospitals and other institutions, to promote and sell our QR code solutions
• Pitch DroptheQ’s QR-based solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct product demos highlighting benefits such as faster service, operational efficiency, upselling opportunities, and improved customer experience.
• Negotiate and close partnerships to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Support clients during onboarding to ensure seamless implementation.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve adoption and satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
• Any Graduate •
3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent networking ability with decision-makers in hospitality and related sectors.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
