JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Key Responsibilities (Field + Office Work):
• Lead Collection on Field: Gather parent contact information through field visits to identify potential leads.
• Prospect Engagement: Reach out to collected leads through calling, engaging parents in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and expectations and scheduling counselling session for admission of their kid.
• Provide On-Site Counseling: Conduct counselling sessions for the parents, explain the school’s curriculum and facilities, give tours, and convert them for admission of their kid.
• Consistent Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with interested parents to nurture engagement and maintain interest in the school’s offerings.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, admissions status, and daily activities, updating the system as required. • Admission Target Achievement: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly admission targets set by the organization.
