Job Responsibilities
Handle Carpenters site visit.
Provide company’s information
Make Registration of carpenters
Marketing and promotion
Visit and meet to non-active dealers
To meet premium carpenters within a week
Mandatory to have carpenter’s scheme kit
Identify, index and review market potential of project sites at segment level (Geography and key account)
Conduct site inspection based on leads and make proposals including sampling to convert sites.
Negotiate, finalize and execute the site order as per agreed proposal
Monitor the project site on regular intervals and ensure that essential services are provided with warranty
Focus on specific key accounts, segments, geographies and products to gain market share.
Prepare and circular relevant reports like index sheet as per defined timelines.
Follow applicable processes and documentation while performing various site level and transactions.
Reconcile the dealer account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payment including outstanding dues
Integration with retail, services, commercial and marketing function for lead sharing, site – specific support or any other operationalize issues.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Project Sales.
Knowledge of Territory and Geography and local language.
Knowledge of Market Mapping, Marketing Scheme and promotional activities.
Knowledge of sales management software is an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting, documentation and Presentation.
Must possess effective communication & Negotiation skills.
Must be Well Groomed and Presentable.
Self-Motivated & Target Oriented.
Must possess 2 wheeler & driving license.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
