Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate / Construction

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Experience: 2-3 Years

About the Opportunity:

Join India’s No. 1 Precast Group — soon to become part of Jindal Steel, opening doors to an exceptional future. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the real estate or construction sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through market visits, site inquiries, and builder/developer contacts.

  • Promote and present the company’s products and precast solutions to prospective clients.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and follow up on sales prospects.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and project quotes.

  • Provide market feedback and competitor updates to management.

  • Update daily activities and client interactions in the CRM/reporting tools.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sales.

  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

  • Candidates residing near BTM Layout or willing to travel daily are preferred.
