JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring energetic and ambitious BBM/MBA (Marketing / Sales) Freshers who want to build a serious career in technical sales.

WhatYou Will Do

 Sell Split ACs, VRF systems, AHUs, Chillers, Ducting & Turnkey HVAC solutions

 Meetbuilders, developers, hospitals, IT parks, factories, hotels, and consultants

 Generate leads through site visits and networking

 Prepare technical-commercial quotations

 Follow up,negotiate and close orders

 Handle 10–15customer/site visits per week

 Coordinate with internal technical and project teams

 Achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets

Who Can Apply

 MBA (Sales& Marketing) – Freshers Preferred

 MBAwith technical background (Engineeringpreferred butnot mandatory)

 Strong interest in field sales and business development

 Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality

 Two-wheeler mandatory

 Willing to travel locally formeetings and site visits

 Local language proficiency is required (based on job location)
