Business Development Executive / Manager – Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, implementation partners, and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver suitable talent solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and account management.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and partners.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and regularly report business performance metrics.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop long-term partnerships and strategic alliances to increase business opportunities.
