Full Time
Coordinate with customers regarding product enquiries, quotations, pricing, and order requirements.
Prepare and share sales quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on quotations shared with customers and maintain regular updates.
Confirm receipt of quotations and respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders (POs), product specifications, delivery details, and other order-related information.
Support the sales team in lead management, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, purchase orders, and sales activities.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide timely information regarding products and services.
Coordinate internally with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Identify potential business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Perform other sales coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.
