Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for Flooracea who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales in the building materials segment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market
Visit dealers, architects, builders, and clients (Field Sales)
Present and explain product range (Carpet Tiles, PVC flooring, etc.)
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Handle client queries and provide solutions
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (any field)/ Diploma's degree
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and field work
Ability to travel locally
Self-motivated and target-oriented
