Product promotion:
· Undertake product marketing in appointed area of operations by conducting client meeting, issuing pamphlets, and other methods.
New Borrower Identification and Induction:
· Identify potential new group and individual borrowers.
· Conduct a thorough introduction of the organization and its products and services to potential clients.
· Assist borrowers in group formation.
Information for Credit Bureau:
· Information as required for credit bureau check is collected from the prospective client and shared with back office in the specified format.
Documentation:
· Verify and collect relevant KYC documents (proof of identity and address) from the prospective clients as per Credit policy.
· Fix appointment for CGT at Client’s house and complete the loan application form and cash flow form as per Credit policy in presence of the Applicant and Co-Applicant.
· Ensure that the documentation is succefully process on futher sanction stage as per the procedures in the Credit policy.
Support Loan Assessment:
· The loan assessment (GRT process) is conducted by the Branch Head based on the CGT based and other related documents updated in the system.
Loan Disbursement:
· Ensure that on the day of disbursement, the member has received their loan card with detailed repayment schedule.
· Ensure that all Applicant & Co-Applicant have signed the Loan Agreement.
· Re-confirm that the Applicant & Co-Applicant both have understood the repayment terms and conditions and schedule properly.
Delinquency (OD) Follow-up:
· Get the list of delinquent (OD) members from Branch and Follow up with delinquent borrowers.
