Responsible for acquiring new customers for broadband services in assigned territory and achieving defined sales targets.

➢ Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, and lead conversion.
➢ Identify potential customers and pitch suitable broadband plans and offers.
➢ Visit residential and commercial areas to promote broadband services.
➢ Ensure timely installation and activation of broadband connections.
➢ Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
➢ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
➢ Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM tools as required.
➢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Essentials:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation Preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in field sales (preferably Telecom/Broadband).
• Language Proficiency: Local language + Basic English/Hindi.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Willing to work in field and travel within assigned areas.
