The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue generation. The role involves market research, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining relationships to support long-term growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present and promote products/services to clients and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report business development activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
6month to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
